Contract details (please read everything before signing the contract)-契約内容（契約前に必ず全てお読みください）

When signing a contract, the client (hereinafter referred to as the client) and the producer Yugo Music Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as the producer) agree to all of the following.
契約に際し、お客様（以下：依頼者）と製作者Yugo Music Entertainment（以下：製作者）は下記すべての内容に同意します。

1. Unless otherwise specified in the estimate, I agree to pay the production fee by transfer to the designated account within 10 days of delivery. 2. After the meeting, we agree that detailed adjustments to the created product will be made no more than 2 times, and that 30% of the estimated production cost will be added for each third and subsequent revision. 3. "After the meeting" means that the client and the producer have discussed and agreed that the direction of the product will be decided after the meeting. 4. I agree that "detailed adjustments" is defined as "work that can be done in one-tenth of the total production period." 5. For detailed adjustments, requests for free adjustments are limited to two times, regardless of the amount of content edited at one time.For example, I agree that it is not possible to request work that requires about 1/100th of the total production period to be divided into 20 parts (requests for corrections must be made all at once). 6. Regarding adjustments, I agree that if any edits that are not listed in the estimate are required, these will be additional edits rather than adjustments. 7. For "adjustments" and "additional edits" that incur the above-mentioned additional charges, I will issue and receive a quote each time, and if I agree with the contents, I agree to request additional information from the contract form. 8. I agree that the product will be delivered as soon as there is no request for adjustment of the product. 9. Regarding adjustments (retouching), I agree that if we perform "retouching that significantly changes the content of the product", 100% of the cost at the time of the contract will be added separately. 10. I agree that I cannot cancel the work because it is ``different from the image.'' (I agree that the payment is not for the work itself, but for the time it takes to create it.) 12. I agree that the delivery date determined at the beginning of production cannot be shortened midway through. 13. I agree that even if the delivery date is extended due to the client's circumstances, the number of free reworks (up to 2 times) will not increase. 14. During the production period, the producer agrees that in the unlikely event that a serious event such as a natural disaster occurs and the producer is unable to continue production, the producer may cancel the production. 15. In addition, even if production is discontinued, the producer agrees that he or she is not obligated to pay any damages. 16. I agree that "oral responses" other than those stated in this contract document and quotation will not affect the contents of the contract in any way, including before and after the production period. 17. I agree that from the moment I agree to this contract, I cannot cancel it for the client's convenience. 18. I agree that when the requester applies for production using the form and the producer receives the content, both parties will be deemed to have agreed to these terms. １．製作代金は、見積書に記載がない限り「納品後１０日以内」に指定の口座へ振込で支払うことに同意します。２．打ち合わせ後、作成された製作物の細かい調整は「２回」までとし、３回目以降の修正は１回につき見積もり時製作費の３０%が加算されることに同意します。３．「打ち合わせ後」とは、依頼者と製作者が話し合い、製作物の方向性が決まった段階を打ち合わせ後とすることに同意します。４．「細かい調整」とは、全製作期間の「１０分の１の期間でできる作業」を「細かい調整と定義する」ことに同意します。５．細かい調整について、１回の編集内容の量に関わらず無償での調整依頼は２回迄と定め、例えば、全製作期間の１００分の１程度の作業を２０回に分けて依頼するようなことはできない（訂正箇所はまとめて申請する）ことに同意します。６．調整について、見積書に記載の無い編集が必要な場合、調整ではなく追加編集となることに同意します。７．上記別料金が発生する「調整」「追加編集」については、都度見積書の「発行・受け取り」を行い、内容に同意する場合は追加で契約フォームから追加依頼することに同意します。８．製作物の調整等依頼がない時点で納品となることに同意します。９．調整（手直し）について「製作物の内容が大きく変更される手直し」を行う場合、別途契約時の100%の費用が加算されることに同意します。１０．作品について「イメージと異なる」という理由でのキャンセルはできないことに同意します（代金は、作品に対してではなく、製作するまでに消費される時間に対する費用と考えることに同意します）。１２．製作開始時に決めた納期について、途中で短縮することはできないことに同意します。１３．依頼者都合で納期が延長した場合でも、無料の手直し回数（２回まで）は増えないことに同意します。１４．製作期間中、万一自然災害など深刻な事象が発生するなど「製作者が製作を続けられない状況」になった場合、製作者は製作を中止できることに同意します。１５．また、製作を中止する場合でも、製作者は如何なる損害賠償も支払う義務がないことに同意します。１６．本契約書面、見積書に記載された事項以外の「口頭での返答」については、製作時前後期間も含め、一切契約内容に影響しないことに同意します。１７．「この契約書に同意した時点」から、依頼者都合でのキャンセルはできないことに同意します。１８．依頼者がフォームから製作の申込みをし、製作者が内容を受信した時点で、双方が本規約に同意したものとみなされることに同意します。
